Refund Policy

VisaVault is a software tool that helps you prepare and submit applications to the official Vietnam e-visa portal at evisa.gov.vn. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with the Vietnamese government. Government visa fees are paid directly to evisa.gov.vn and are non-refundable by them; this policy covers refunds of VisaVault subscription fees only.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep full access to your tier's features until then, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Your encrypted data remains accessible.
14-day refund window
If you are unhappy with VisaVault within 14 days of your initial subscription, contact support@visavault.app and we will refund your subscription in full. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling before the renewal date prevents the next charge. We do not refund for forgotten cancellations on recurring charges except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
When refunds are not available
- Refunds for your government visa fee — paid directly to evisa.gov.vn, governed by their refund rules.
- If a visa application is rejected by Vietnamese immigration — VisaVault helps you prepare a complete and validated application, but we do not influence the approval decision.
- Subscriptions older than 14 days, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g. a major fault with the service).
How to request a refund
Email support@visavault.app with the email address on your account, the date of the charge, and a brief reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — disputes are usually resolved faster by email than by chargeback. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us suspends your account pending investigation.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
