About VisaVault

VisaVault is a Vietnam e-visa preparation tool — independent software that helps you submit a clean, complete application to the Vietnam Immigration Department's official portal at evisa.gov.vn. We are not a visa agent, not a government affiliate, and not a broker. The Vietnamese government issues your visa; we just make the application less painful.

Who we are

VisaVault is operated by JVANET PTY LTD, an Australian software company based in Brisbane, Queensland. We build small, focused SaaS products. VisaVault is one of them.

Why we built it

The Vietnam e-visa portal is functional but unforgiving. A typo in a passport number, a portrait with a slightly grey background, or a photo from years ago can mean rejection — and the government fee is non-refundable. After watching friends and family lose money to repeat applications, we built a tool that:

• AI-checks your portrait + passport scan against Vietnam Immigration's actual rejection criteria before you submit
• Auto-fills the official form via a one-click browser bookmark — no copy-paste mistakes
• Cross-checks the OCR'd passport data against the values you typed, flagging mismatches
• Tracks your visa expiry and reminds you before it lapses

What we don't do

• We don't submit applications on your behalf — you press the final button on evisa.gov.vn yourself
• We don't collect government fees — the $25–$50 visa fee is paid directly to evisa.gov.vn at submission
• We don't guarantee approval — Vietnam Immigration makes the final call, but we can't imagine they'll quibble with a perfectly-formed application
• We don't share your data — see the Privacy Policy for our data handling and encryption posture

Trust signals

• Encryption: sensitive fields (passport number, email, phone) are field-level PGP encrypted at rest in addition to row-level security
• HTTPS-only: all traffic served over TLS, HSTS enforced
• Magic-link auth:we never see your password because there isn't one
• Travel content sources: our travel advice cites Australian Smartraveller and US State Department advisories for safety information
• Independent disclosure: when we recommend third-party services (hotels, tours, insurance) we use affiliate links, fully disclosed on the Affiliate Disclosure page
