The short version
- VisaVault is an independent preparation tool — we are not the Vietnamese government.
- We help you prepare and validate your data, but you submit the application yourself on evisa.gov.vn.
- We cannot guarantee visa approval — that decision rests entirely with the Vietnamese government.
VisaVault is an independent application preparation tool. We help you organise and validate your information before you apply for a Vietnam e-visa on the official government website.
Please understand:
- 1. We are not the Vietnamese government. VisaVault has no affiliation with the Vietnam Immigration Department, any Vietnamese embassy or consulate, or any government agency. The Vietnamese government e-visa portal is at evisa.gov.vn.
- 2. We do not process or submit visa applications. You submit your own application on the official government portal. VisaVault prepares and validates your data to help you avoid common mistakes.
- 3. We cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the Vietnamese government. Approval depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your nationality, travel history, security considerations, and current immigration policy.
- 4. Our validation is helpful, not infallible. We check for common formatting errors and known requirements, but we cannot verify the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all details are correct.
- 5. Our AI photo analysis is guidance only. The Vietnamese government makes all final decisions about photo acceptability. Our AI scoring is based on known requirements but does not guarantee your photos will be accepted.
- 6. Immigration rules change. Vietnam's visa policies, fees, requirements, and entry ports may change without notice. While we strive to keep our information current, always verify critical details on the official e-visa portal or with the nearest Vietnamese embassy.
- 7. Government fees are separate. The Vietnamese government charges $25 USD (single entry) or $50 USD (multiple entry) per application. This fee is non-refundable and is paid directly to the government, not to VisaVault.
- 8. Travel advice is general guidance. Information in our travel advice section and chatbot is sourced from official advisory services but should not be relied upon as the sole basis for travel decisions. Always check Smartraveller (Australia), travel.state.gov (US), or your own government's travel advisory before travelling.
- 9. Use at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaVault accepts no liability for rejected applications, missed travel, financial losses, or any other damages arising from your use of the service.
